HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
All orders can be placed in store at both of our convenient locations - Colonnades and Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT RATE?
For large and or corporate orders we do offer a VIP discount. In order to find out if you're eligible for a discount today please contact us for an exact quote instore.
DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
No, all orders at Colonnades are walk in only and first in, best dressed. For a one on one consult and coffee you can book a time with our Hilton store - please contact us above stating a time that best suits you.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
On custom orders we do not offer any refunds, store credits or exchanges. Floor stock may be exchanged with in 7 days only.

DO YOU OFFER HANGING AND DELIVERY SERVICES?
Yes, all orders can be professionally delivered and installed on request. Additional charges may apply so please confirm this with your consultant on ordering of your custom framing.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
All custom orders require a strict 30% deposit, orders can take up to 3 weeks to be completed at which date the remaining balance is required on collection or delivery.
ARE FRAMES LOCALLY MADE?
